Effective July 10, 2026
By accessing or using Vendor Check, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Vendor Check helps you review vendor contracts and invoices using AI-assisted extraction and rule-based checks to flag potential billing discrepancies, such as overcharges, phantom fees, duplicate charges, and similar issues. Vendor Check may also connect to third-party accounting services you authorize, to help you send approved invoices to those services.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to use Vendor Check to upload content you do not have the right to use, to attempt to disrupt or misuse the service, or to use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Vendor Check uses AI to extract information from documents and applies automated rules to flag potential issues. This analysis is provided as an aid and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for independently verifying any findings before relying on them for financial, legal, or business decisions.
If you connect a third-party accounting service, such as Zoho Books or FreshBooks, you are responsible for complying with that provider's own terms of service, and for reviewing any data Vendor Check sends to that service before it is created. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
Vendor Check and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the documents and data you upload.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.
Vendor Check is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its analysis will be complete or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vendor Check and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
